It seems like every time I’m in Chattanooga, I go to same restaurants. In fact, this past time when I was there, I was headed to a familiar place… only to find out it was closed! Some other patrons showed up to find this same restaurant was closed, so I asked them for some ideas on where else to eat… they immediately said Taco Mac, which is now called T.MAC.
I don’t know a lot about T.MAC, but I’m assuming it was a Mexican restaurant that is now trying to rebrand itself as a TexMex kinda place… in any case, it’s GOOD. My friend from Poland was with me, so we decided to order a couple of different things and split them. We of course tried their chips and salsa. The chips were the perfect kind of crunchy and the salsa was just hot enough to feel it, but not so hot that you didn’t want to keep eating! For the main course we ordered the grilled steak quesadillas and a grilled chicken burrito. Both were extremely good, but I personally liked the quesadillas the best.
