Some time ago I posted a comment on Facebook that I would love to do a photo session with an exotic sports car and asked if anyone had any connections. Well, one thing led to another, and here we go… a Ferrari F430 convertible.
This is actually an idea I’ve had rolling around in my head for some time. As I’m sure you all know by now, I have a bit of an obsession with fast cars. While I have no misgivings of ever owning one, I also have a very special place in my heart for exotics. From the styling to exclusivity of it all, and of course the power… I’m just very drawn to these cars. The idea didn’t actually start with the car though, it started with the place. I stumbled upon this location while doing some work in downtown Knoxville and I loved the repeating arches of the bridge structure. I also really loved the grunginess of it all. I returned one afternoon with my GTO and mocked it all up.. and while I liked the pictures I got of my car, the location needed more. It needed an exotic.
