My wife and I stayed there last night (Sept 18) and had an absolutely wonderful time. The property is beautiful and the staff are extremely friendly. The location is just a short 10 minute drive to downtown Asheville… hard to believe when you’re there and you feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere.
We stayed in room #10, which has a king sized bed and a sitting room with fireplace. The bathroom is the perfect size with both a shower and large tub. All rooms apparently have a balcony and fireplace. We looked in some of the other rooms as we were leaving and they all seemed very nice (though not as big as the room we had). There are several large common areas throughout the Inn as well as a game room downstairs with pool table, pingpong table, darts, chess and a multitude of board games.
This is a wonderful special occasion spot and would be absolutely amazing when the leaves are turning. We will go back for sure!
