So I think I’m officially addicted to time-lapse stuff. I’ve been doing tons of reading about it here lately and subsequently got a new remote for my camera… so I obviously had to try it out. The weather wasn’t nice enough tonight for the other project I’m working on to travel all the way up to Cades Cove, so I decided to just shoot off my deck. I was actually hoping for clouds… and that’s exactly what I got! 🙂 I’m not exactly sure what happened at the beginning of the video that makes it jump though; I’ll need to figure that one out. Anyway, still a bit of playing to do, but this is another attempt. This one is an hour and a half reduced down to 16 seconds.

That was sweet
Nice! Your time-lapse photography is a lot like our lives this summer–an hour and a half reduced to 16 seconds!
Wow, you’re getting good! Scott and I were just saying we want to take a stab at the whole time lapse thing, maybe while we’re living on a ship for four months this fall!
(Also, we just got back to Tennessee tonight. *Waves*)
Ah man, it is totally addictive… and time consuming! LOL But, given that you guys are going to be on the boat for quite some time, I’d say you could work it in. 🙂 Give it a go!
